|Dion Phaneuf of the Ottawa Senators was found breaking the rule of aquiring a major penalty and must face suspension during his next game.
The infringement occured in game 156 when Mr Phaneuf drew his second minor major penalty.
This, according to the QHL book of rules, is a violation of the code of conduct regarding aquiring 2 minor majors, games 8 (tripping) and 156 (tripping) which will then be transformed into one full major penalty.
Mr Phaneuf will be suspended for 1 game.
Mr Phaneuf will miss game 16 for the Senators (game 176).
