| Rachel Ashley of the Regina Vampires was found breaking the rule of too many penalties during the same game and must face suspension during her next game.
The infringement occured in game 153 when Miss Ashley drew 3 individual penalties for a total of 6 PIM. This, according to the QHL book of rules, is a violation of the code of conduct regarding the total of penalties to a player during one single game. Miss Ashley will be suspended for 1 game.
